Cancellation

Orders:

Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched for shipping.
– Once an order has been
dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may need to return the
order as per our return policy (refer below).

cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on our

– Canceling a subscription
prevents automatic renewal for the next billing period. You’ll retain access to
the app until the end of the current billing cycle.

Teacher Appointments and Services:

such as teacher appointments or workshops, please provide at least 24 hours’
notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
– Failure to provide adequate
notice may result in a cancellation fee.
Refund

Return

– To be eligible for a return,
books must be in their original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as
received.

service team to initiate a return request within 3 days of receiving your
order.
– Customers are responsible for
return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

App Returns:
– App purchases are
non-refundable. However, if you encounter technical issues or have concerns
