 Welcome to The Publishing Empire, a leading book publishing company specializing in educational content for teachers and students of class 12th. We strive to provide high-quality materials and services to support educators and learners in their academic journey. 

 Cancellation Policy:

1. Book Orders:

   – If you wish to cancel your book order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched for shipping.

   – Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may need to return the order as per our return policy (refer below).

 2. App Subscriptions:

   – For app subscriptions, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on our website or app.

   – Canceling a subscription prevents automatic renewal for the next billing period. You’ll retain access to the app until the end of the current billing cycle.

 3. Teacher Appointments and Services:

   – If you’ve booked a service such as teacher appointments or workshops, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

   – Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

 Refund Policy:

1. Book Orders:

   – We offer refunds for book orders that meet our return criteria (refer below).

   – Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3 business days after the returned items are received and inspected.

 3. Teacher Services:

   – Refunds for teacher services are subject to our discretion and may vary depending on the circumstances.

   – We reserve the right to withhold refunds for missed appointments or cancellations made without sufficient notice.

 Return Policy:

 1. Book Returns:

   – To be eligible for a return, books must be in their original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as received.

   – Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return request within 3 days of receiving your order.

   – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

 2. App Returns:

   – App purchases are non-refundable. However, if you encounter technical issues or have concerns about your app subscription, please contact our support team for assistance.

3. Teacher  Services:

   – Refunds for teacher services will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to us with any concerns regarding your service.
